Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and debug software components for databases, applications, tools, and network services within OCI.
- Lead the definition and evolution of engineering standards, best practices, and development procedures.
- Collaborate with product managers to suggest and justify product directions that align with Oracle’s strategic goals.
- Specify, architect, and implement new projects from concept through delivery, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Provide consultative expertise to internal and external teams, troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

- Previous work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or similar cloud environments.
- Experience in agentic or autonomous system design.
- Leadership experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative engineering team.
