Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, and networks within OCI.
- Define and evolve standard engineering practices, procedures and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with product teams to suggest and justify product directions aligned with approved strategies.
- Lead the specification, design and development of new projects, ensuring technical excellence and scalability.
- Provide consultative expertise to internal and external stakeholders, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of database systems, networking, and distributed architectures.
- Proven ability to lead complex software projects from concept to production.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with agentic or autonomous engineering frameworks.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Prior work in a large‑scale enterprise environment.
