Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot high‑performance software components for OCI databases, applications, tools, and networking services.
• Define technical specifications and architecture for new projects, ensuring alignment with Oracle’s standards and best practices.
• Lead the evolution of development processes, establishing coding standards, review procedures, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional teams to propose and justify product direction within approved roadmaps.
• Provide expert consultative guidance to internal and external stakeholders on OCI implementation and optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with cloud‑native architectures.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, or Go, and familiarity with OCI services.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to design distributed systems and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.
