Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior installers in measuring, cutting, and fitting residential and commercial gutters.
• Learn and apply safety protocols, including proper ladder use and fall protection.
• Prepare work sites by cleaning debris, removing old gutters, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble and secure gutter systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and toolkits.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering basic questions.
• Document completed work and report any issues to the foreman.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; willingness to learn trade skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for local travel.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
