Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 backend application support for real‑time equities trading systems (RTH).
• Monitor infrastructure components, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high availability.
• Manage and execute batch processing jobs, including scheduling, validation, and error handling.
• Collaborate with front‑end trading teams in New York and global infrastructure groups to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain documentation of support procedures, run‑books, and system configurations.
• Participate in on‑call rotation covering three shift patterns: 7 AM‑4 PM, 9 AM‑6 PM, and 12 PM‑9 PM.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of application support or operations experience in a high‑frequency trading environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, SQL databases, and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
