Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including configuration, customization, and regular upgrades.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations, providing tier‑2/3 support to end users and resolving incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex code, and Lightning components.
• Monitor system performance, conduct health checks, and implement best‑practice security measures.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and change‑management initiatives.
• Coordinate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Maintain release schedules, perform sandbox testing, and manage production deployments.
• Generate reports and dashboards for executive leadership to track key metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing Salesforce platforms in a complex, enterprise environment.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and/or Platform Developer certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Experience with change‑set deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and version‑control systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
