Appian Data & Insights Analyst

Job Summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking an experienced Appian Data & Insights Analyst to work remotely from the East Coast, supporting critical government missions in space, public health, and defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards using the Appian low‑code platform.
• Collaborate with agile teams to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable data insights.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple government and commercial sources.
• Conduct statistical analysis and produce visual reports that drive decision‑making for federal clients.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with federal standards.
• Provide training and documentation for end‑users on Appian analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Appian, including building data‑intensive applications.
• Strong background in data analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain any required government security clearance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with federal data sets, GIS, or geospatial analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Veteran status or prior work with government contracts.

Compensation & Benefits
