Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics pipelines on Epic’s data and AI platforms.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and IT teams to translate healthcare needs into scalable data solutions.
• Implement data validation, monitoring, and performance optimization for real‑time and batch processing.
• Create documentation, data models, and dashboards to support clinical decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, university policies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong proficiency with Epic’s Clarity, Caboodle, or Cosmos data warehouses and Epic Rhapsody/InterConnect.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as dbt, Airflow, or Azure Data Factory.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, and security standards.
