Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce EY’s brand and promote private tax and family enterprise services.
• Lead creation of thought‑leadership content, client case studies, and digital assets for multiple channels.
• Collaborate with senior tax partners, regional leaders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
• Manage budget planning, performance tracking and ROI analysis for all marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in professional services marketing, preferably tax or financial services.
• Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience managing budgets of $100k+ and leading multi‑disciplinary teams.

Compensation

Annual salary: $168,279.64
