Job Summary
EY is hiring an Assistant Director – Private Tax and Family Enterprise for its Americas Tax Marketing team, based in New Brunswick, Middlesex County, US. This senior role supports brand, marketing and communications initiatives for private tax services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance EY’s brand reputation in private tax and family enterprise services.
- Create and manage multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and thought‑leadership content.
- Collaborate with tax professionals, partners and external agencies to produce compelling messaging and collateral.
- Analyze market trends and client insights to refine positioning and drive demand generation.
- Oversee budget planning, performance metrics, and reporting for all marketing activities.
- Lead a small team of marketing specialists, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Ensure compliance with EY brand guidelines and regulatory standards across all communications.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in professional services marketing, preferably within tax, accounting or financial services.
- Proven track record in developing integrated marketing programs for high‑net‑worth client segments.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools and data analytics software.
Compensation
