AI Ops Engineer

VDart Inc is seeking an experienced AI Ops Engineer to join their on‑site team in Fremont, CA, United States. This contract role offers a competitive salary between $124,800 and $131,040.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated monitoring and AIOps solutions to improve IT service reliability.
• Develop scripts and dashboards using Splunk, PowerShell, and Python for real‑time log analysis.
• Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams to triage incidents and create knowledge base articles in Confluence and SharePoint.
• Configure and fine‑tune monitoring tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or similar platforms.
• Provide detailed reporting on system performance, capacity trends, and automation effectiveness.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and incident response for critical infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations, L1/L2 support, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven hands‑on experience with IT monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk).
