About This Position
Join Eliassen Group as an AI Engineer, working remotely from State House, Lancaster County, US. This contract role focuses on building backend services and AI agents that automate end‑to‑end business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) systems for enterprise data lookups.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services that power AI‑driven business processes.
- Create, train, and fine‑tune AI agents to execute complex workflow automation.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and UI/UX teams to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve model accuracy and latency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience developing AI/ML solutions in production.
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience with retrieval‑augmented generation, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, micro‑services architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance for enterprise data.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
