Agency Partner Manager – ShipperHQ, Austin, TX
ShipperHQ, the bootstrapped leader in e‑commerce shipping technology, is looking for an experienced Agency Partner Manager to join our Austin, Travis County team. This role drives revenue‑generating agency relationships and supports our go‑to‑market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners across the United States.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that align with ShipperHQ’s growth targets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing training, enablement, and ongoing support to agency teams.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze metrics, and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to create co‑branded initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements.
- Represent ShipperHQ at industry events, webinars, and partner meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing agency or channel partnerships, preferably in SaaS or e‑commerce.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing partner‑generated revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and forecast partner growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a lean, performance‑driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
