Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality school counseling and career development services to students across Pearson’s virtual schools, including Connections Academy and Pearson Online Academy.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve virtual counseling curricula, resources, and assessment tools.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and technology teams to integrate counseling services into the online learning environment.
- Analyze student data to identify trends, inform interventions, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
- Deliver professional development and coaching for virtual staff on best practices in counseling and career planning.

Required Qualifications
