Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate acquisition opportunities that align with agency objectives.

• Collaborate with internal technology, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired solutions.
• Prepare detailed business cases, financial models, and recommendation reports for senior leadership.
• Monitor post‑acquisition performance and recommend improvements to maximize value.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in acquisitions, strategic sourcing, or contract management, preferably within defense or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Clearance eligibility (active or ability to obtain a Secret/Top Secret clearance).

Compensation & Benefits
