Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and assistance to CACI personnel and non‑CACI suppliers on accounts payable and travel expense procedures.
• Review, validate, and process invoices, travel vouchers, and related documentation to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Maintain vendor master data, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with procurement and finance teams.
• Prepare and reconcile expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policy and government regulations.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries related to AP and travel expenses.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of automation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable and travel expense accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, expense policy compliance, and vendor management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
