Key Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Maintain the accounts payable ledger and reconcile monthly statements.
• Assist with month‑end close activities, including journal entries and account analysis.
• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses for senior management.
• Support audit preparation and respond to auditor inquiries.
