Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Process accounts payable invoices, verify approvals, and schedule timely payments.
• Prepare and record accounts receivable invoices, monitor collections, and reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
