Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex commercial liability accounts, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of issues.

- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and product teams to customize coverage and drive profitable growth.

Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Brea, CA three days per week (Tuesday‑Thursday) and remotely the remaining days.
