Account Development Manager – Automotive F&I

Safe-Guard Products International LLC is hiring an Account Development Manager – Automotive (F/I) to work remotely for South Florida, based in Hialeah, Miami‑Dade County. This exempt role focuses on growing relationships with OEMs, retailers and independent agents in the automotive finance and insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with original equipment manufacturers, top retailers and independent agents.
• Maintain and expand existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor protection product solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and contracts.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue and report results to senior management.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in automotive finance, insurance or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $107,329.02 annually (exempt). Additional performance incentives may be available.
