Job Summary

Safe-Guard Products International LLC is seeking an Account Development Manager – Automotive F I to drive new business and deepen relationships with OEMs and top retailers. This fully remote role serves the Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new automotive accounts across the designated region.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for OEM and retailer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and generate regular pipeline reports.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide post‑sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive sales or account development, preferably with OEMs or major retailers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $104,924.38 annually (exempt FLSA). Additional performance‑based incentives may apply.
