Job Summary

Join the Middlesex-London Health Unit as a part‑time Community Health Nursing Specialist in London, Ontario. This temporary role (until April 2027) offers a salary between $87,464 and $114,400 and provides leadership for non‑funded program (NFP) nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead NFP nursing practice across new and existing community sites.
• Support implementation of provincial health initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Provincial, NFP and multidisciplinary teams to develop care pathways.
• Provide clinical mentorship, education and supervision to nursing staff and allied health professionals.
• Analyse health data, prepare reports and recommend improvements to service delivery.
• Participate in community outreach, health promotion and stakeholder engagement activities.

Essential Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current practising certificate in Ontario.
• Minimum 3 years experience in community health or public health nursing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport for site visits.
