Key Responsibilities

• Travel to residential and commercial properties across Maryland to set up and operate Matterport 3D cameras.
• Capture high‑resolution 3D scans, 360° photos, and HDR imagery following company standards.
• Perform on‑site lighting adjustments, tripod placement, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure flawless data capture.
• Upload raw data to the cloud, verify completeness, and tag files for post‑processing.
• Collaborate with the editing team to review final virtual tours and address any quality issues.
• Maintain and calibrate camera gear, batteries, and accessories; report any equipment damage promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, communicate project timelines, and answer client questions professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Matterport Pro2 or similar 3D capture systems.
• Strong photography fundamentals – composition, exposure, and lighting.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for local travel.
