Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Matterport Pro 3 cameras to capture high‑resolution 3‑D scans of residential and commercial properties.
• Perform on‑site photography, lighting adjustments, and HDR processing to ensure optimal virtual tour quality.
• Upload and process captured data using Matterport Cloud services, verify completeness, and troubleshoot any capture issues.
• Maintain equipment inventory, perform routine calibrations, and ensure compliance with safety and privacy regulations.
• Communicate professionally with property owners, real‑estate agents, and internal team members to schedule appointments and deliver final virtual tours.
• Provide post‑capture support, including editing, tagging, and delivering final assets to clients.
