Hyundai Autoever America is seeking a Software QA Analyst, GIS (Technical Operations Engineer) to work on‑site in Costa Mesa, Orange County, CA. This role focuses on quality assurance for GIS‑enabled software solutions supporting Hyundai’s global automotive brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for GIS applications and related APIs.
• Identify, document, and track defects using established QA tools and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and GIS specialists to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform regression, performance, and integration testing across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain test scripts using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Generate test reports, metrics, and dashboards to inform stakeholders of quality status.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives within an Agile framework.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of software QA experience, preferably with GIS or mapping technologies.
• Proficiency in testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, and GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for test automation.
• Understanding of database concepts and ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
