Job Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a 100% remote Saviynt Engineer (IGA) for a contract‑to‑hire role. Eligible candidates must reside in one of the listed U.S. states and will work from anywhere within those locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
• Integrate Saviynt with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms.
• Develop and implement access request workflows, role models, and certification processes.
• Perform system troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure policy alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge‑base articles.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Saviynt IGA or similar IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, role‑based access control, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) for automation.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP integrations.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• U.S. work authorization and residence in one of the eligible states.

Compensation
