Job Summary

Celestica International LP is seeking a Manager, Continuous Improvement 2 to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives at its Richardson, Dallas, Texas facility. This senior role designs and drives the continuous improvement vision, aligning it with site strategy and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the site’s Continuous Improvement (CI) vision, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Facilitate the creation and execution of strategic deployment plans in partnership with senior management.
• Lead cross‑functional CI projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process‑optimization methodologies.
• Mentor and coach a team of CI specialists and frontline champions, fostering a culture of data‑driven problem solving.
• Track performance metrics, generate dashboards, and report results to executive leadership.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, improve cycle times, and enhance product quality.
• Coordinate training programs and certifications (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) for employees.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to embed CI practices throughout the site.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale CI programs and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical tools and process mapping.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities to work with senior leaders and front‑line staff.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) required.
• Ability to travel occasionally between Celestica sites.

Compensation

Salary range: $96,062.61 annually.
