About the Role

As a Fundraising Officer, you will be the engine behind our annual giving, major gifts, and corporate partnership programs. • Develop and execute annual fundraising plans that hit revenue targets.
• Identify, research, and engage prospects for major gifts and corporate sponsorships.
• Create donor journeys, from acquisition through stewardship, using our CRM (Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud).
• Write persuasive proposals, grant applications, and impact reports.
• Analyze campaign performance, produce data‑driven insights, and adjust tactics in real time.

Key Success Metrics

• Increase total donations by at least 15% YoY.
• Secure a minimum of three new corporate partners each fiscal year.
• Maintain a donor retention rate of 70% or higher.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in nonprofit fundraising, development, or related sales roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce, DonorPerfect), email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal storytelling ability; comfortable presenting to boards and senior leadership.
