Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will be a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on mentorship. You will be expected to:

• Architect and execute the annual clinical operations plan aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement lean methodologies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and support staff through virtual meetings and asynchronous communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including referral sources and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you need a robust background in clinical management and a passion for innovation. We require:

• A Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
• An active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least 7 years of progressive clinical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience managing remote or hybrid teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, JCAHO, and state-specific healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to bridge the gap created by physical distance.
