About the Role
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is the heart of our client care team. You will work directly with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, providing personalized support to help them achieve their goals and maintain their dignity every day. What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on support for daily living activities including meal preparation, personal care, and mobility assistance. Requirements

Ability to lift and move individuals up to 50 pounds as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for field visits (if in-person).
