Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FCRA compliance requirements and investigative procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and background check software platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to obtain and maintain required professional licenses or certifications
• High-speed internet and dedicated workspace in Texas

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional background screening certification (e.g., CIP, PIB) preferred

Salary Range

$52,000 – $70,000 USD/year
