Salary Range

$95,000 – $135,000 USD per year (Depending on experience and clinical certifications)

Requirements

We are looking for highly disciplined, tech-savvy, and clinically exceptional nurses who can thrive in a remote environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

Clinical Expertise

• A minimum of 3 years of recent, high-acuity experience working in a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical ICU (SICU), or Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU).
• Deep understanding of advanced life support protocols, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Proven ability to make rapid, accurate clinical decisions in high-pressure environments.

Licensure and Education

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in a state of residence.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is highly preferred.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.

Remote Proficiency

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate seamless coordination with on-site teams.
• High level of comfort with digital health platforms, video conferencing software, and electronic health records (EHR).
