About the Role

As our Remote General Manager, you will be the strategic leader responsible for the overall success of our remote operations. You’ll set the vision, develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we meet and exceed our ambitious goals. You’ll foster a collaborative, high-performing culture among our distributed team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee all operational aspects of the remote team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation effectively.
• Lead hiring, development, and performance management of the remote management team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role (5+ years).
• Demonstrated success in managing remote or distributed teams.
