About the Role

As a Remote Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be the cornerstone of our integrated care team, delivering expert psychiatric care to diverse populations. You will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, and provide ongoing therapy and crisis intervention. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and differential diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe, manage, and monitor psychotropic medications per state practice acts.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, etc.).
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care providers, and case managers.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms for patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in the state(s) where you will practice.
• Active, unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing.
• Proven expertise in psychopharmacology and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
