Headway is seeking a fully‑licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its remote network, supporting private‑practice growth and insurance onboarding. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary of $72,711.37 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality telehealth therapy sessions to covered clients across the United States.
• Assist therapists in setting up and managing insurance billing through Headway’s platform.
• Collaborate with the Headway support team to improve client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development webinars.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health discipline.
• Current, unrestricted licence (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCM, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years post‑licensure clinical experience.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑centred approach.
