Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of data analysts delivering client‑focused data review, management and visualization.
• Prioritize client support requests, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality deliverables.
• Design and maintain schedules, resource plans and training programs for the analyst team.
• Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to identify data‑driven improvement opportunities.
• Develop and enhance tools for efficient data management and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality systems.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related data‑analysis environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing analyst or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of data management, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Compensation

Annual salary: $78,362.38
