Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Technical Design & Analysis

• Perform rigorous structural calculations for steel, concrete, and timber structures using advanced simulation software.
• Develop detailed 3D models and construction documents that adhere to local and national building codes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and structural audits for existing infrastructure to ensure long-term viability.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams through Slack, Zoom, and BIM 360 to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review contractor submittals and provide technical guidance to ensure site implementation matches design intent.
• Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, delivering high-quality milestones without the need for physical site supervision.

Requirements

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred; EIT certification is acceptable for mid-level applicants.
• Proven track record of managing structural projects from conceptual design through to completion.

Technical Proficiency

• Expert-level mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA-3D or SAP2000.
• Deep understanding of ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI standards.
• Ability to operate efficiently in a distributed team environment with strong digital communication skills.
