About the Role

VitalPoint Health is actively recruiting a board-certified Physician to join our fully remote clinical team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology to diagnose, treat, and manage a diverse patient population across all age groups. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations via high-definition video and secure phone encounters.
  • Review detailed patient histories, interpret asynchronous data, order diagnostic studies, and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications electronically through integrated e-prescribe platforms and manage acute and chronic conditions remotely.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and coding within our intuitive, cloud-based EHR system during or immediately following each visit.
  • Participate in scheduled peer-review sessions, virtual case conferences, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Salary Range

$175,000 – $250,000 USD/year

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • An active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state; multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a closely related clinical specialty.
  • Completion of an accredited MD or DO medical school program and an approved residency training program.
  • A minimum of two years of independent clinical practice experience following residency.
  • Exceptional clinical reasoning, empathetic communication skills, and a reliable high-speed internet connection with a private workspace.
