Salary Range

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily shift workflows, ensuring all KPIs are met and deadlines are exceeded.
• Coordinate hand-offs between shifts to ensure zero communication gaps and continuous operational flow.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and implement immediate corrective actions when deviations occur.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead daily virtual huddles to align the team on goals, updates, and priority tasks.
• Provide consistent coaching and performance feedback to remote associates to foster professional growth.
• Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a positive, high-energy virtual company culture.

Quality Assurance & Reporting

• Conduct regular audits of shift outputs to ensure strict adherence to company quality standards.
• Generate comprehensive end-of-shift reports for senior leadership detailing wins, challenges, and resource needs.
• Collaborate with the Product and Operations teams to streamline remote workflows and reduce friction.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or customer operations.
• Proven track record of managing remote or hybrid teams using tools like Slack, Zoom, Jira, or Trello.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate people across different cultures and time zones.
• A dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed reliable internet.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Management is a significant plus.
