About the Role

In this 100% remote position, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that teams across different time zones collaborate seamlessly. You will design and implement scalable systems, manage cross-functional projects, and act as the primary point of contact for all operational initiatives. What You’ll Do

• Develop and monitor operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and quality across departments
• Manage remote team member onboarding, tooling, and communication protocols
• Own budget forecasting, vendor relationships, and resource allocation
• Lead biweekly sprint reviews and quarterly planning sessions
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements using tools like Notion, Asana, and Slack

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related field (manager level)
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a fully remote team
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
• Self-starter with a “get it done” attitude – can work independently without micromanagement
• Familiarity with remote-first tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, project management software)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 – $95,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience)
