About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Dentist to lead our expanding virtual dental network. In this fully remote position, you will be the face of dental health for thousands of patients who prefer the convenience of virtual care. Unlike traditional practices, you are not burdened by the overhead of a physical office, staff management, or inventory control. Instead, you focus on what matters most: providing expert clinical advice and ensuring patient satisfaction. This role is designed for the dentist who is tired of the 9-to-5 grind and wants to reclaim their time. You will utilize state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to connect with patients, review their dental histories, and formulate evidence-based treatment strategies. Whether it is a routine cleaning consultation or a complex cosmetic plan, your expertise will guide the patient through every step of their journey.

What You Will Do

Your daily responsibilities will include a mix of virtual consultations and administrative tasks that maximize efficiency.

• Conduct up to 8-10 virtual patient consultations per day via high-definition video.
• Analyze digital X-rays and 3D scans sent by partner clinics to identify decay, fractures, or alignment issues.
• Create detailed, easy-to-understand treatment plans that local hygienists can execute.
• Prescribe antibiotics or pain management medication when indicated.
• Follow up with patients to ensure treatment compliance and answer questions.
• Maintain accurate patient records within our secure cloud-based management system.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid dental license and a passion for digital innovation.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Active dental license in your state of residence with no pending disciplinary actions.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience post-graduation.
• Strong command of English for clear communication with diverse patient populations.
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and patient data security protocols.
