Requirements

We are looking for a tenacious sales professional with a proven track record of success in a remote or field sales environment. You must be comfortable with technology and possess excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively without face-to-face interaction daily.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful outside sales experience (B2B preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative, discipline, and accountability.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for occasional client meetings and local travel (mileage reimbursed).

Salary & Compensation

Base Salary Range: $45,000 – $65,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.

Commission Structure: Unlimited, uncapped commission with a competitive payout. Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of $85,000 – $120,000+ in the first year, with top performers earning significantly more based on performance.
