Salary Range

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex, high-impact business problems
• Clean, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets using Python, SQL, and modern data engineering tools
• Design interactive dashboards and compelling visualizations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven solutions into production systems seamlessly
• Conduct A/B tests and experimental research to validate hypotheses and optimize key business metrics
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of our data science practice

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, advanced analytics, or a closely related discipline
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R, with experience building reproducible and production-ready code
• Solid working knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling, regression analysis, natural language processing, and experimental design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the discipline to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows
