About the Role

Qualifications & Education

Candidates must hold a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent advanced degree from an accredited institution. A master’s degree is preferred but not required. All applicants must possess active licensure in their state(s) of practice and maintain current certifications in physical therapy.

Minimum Educational Credentials

– Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an ABMP-accredited program

– Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)

– Clinical experience in physical therapy practice with documented success in patient outcomes

Professional Experience

Proven experience delivering physical therapy services demonstrates strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills. Prior employers should have experience with population health management, chronic condition rehabilitation, or pediatric/geriatric therapeutic populations. Certifications & Licensure

Valid physical therapist certification is mandatory. Additional certifications such as Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Rehabilitation (CCSCR), Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), or specialization in neurological rehabilitation may provide additional advantages. We also require adherence to American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties standards and ongoing continuing education credits.
