About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries for payroll, benefits, and other company expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Coordinate month‑end and year‑end close processes across multiple entities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for real‑estate projects.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with property managers and development teams to track project costs and revenue.
- Generate ad‑hoc financial reports for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in real‑estate or multi‑entity environments.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, payroll, and benefits accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.

Compensation & Benefits
