Job Summary

Repro Products, a leading reprographic and printing solutions provider, is seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant for its Smyrna, Cobb County location.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Maintain the general ledger, reconcile account balances, and support month‑end close activities.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and cash application.
• Produce financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the senior accounting team on budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.
• Monitor fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and inventory valuations.
• Identify process improvements to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a corporate accounting environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
