Key Responsibilities

• Assess injured workers’ medical needs and develop individualized case plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and insurance providers to ensure timely treatment.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes in compliance with regulations.
• Educate workers and families about injury management, return‑to‑work options, and wellness resources.
• Conduct on‑site visits and home assessments when required.
• Maintain accurate case records, submit reports, and meet productivity metrics.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Florida.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, case management, or acute care.

• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and travel locally as needed.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and case management software.

Employment Details
