Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data‑driven intervention strategies.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support staff.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in regular case review meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
