Job Summary

Horizon North is seeking a skilled Plumber/Gas Fitter for remote lodge projects in the Greater Vancouver, British Columbia area, working on modular structures around Fort St John.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply and wastewater systems in relocatable modular buildings.
• Read and interpret plumbing scopes, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the Lead Hand and site crews to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards.
• Perform gas fitting tasks, including pipe threading, pressure testing, and certification.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and gas issues on‑site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all provincial safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid plumber and gas fitter certification in British Columbia.
• Minimum 2 years experience in residential or commercial plumbing, preferably with modular or remote structures.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a commitment to safety.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation for travel to Fort St John sites.
