We are seeking a results‑driven Investment Real Estate Acquisitions Agent to source, evaluate, and close off‑market discounted properties for our investor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research off‑market residential and commercial properties with strong upside potential.
• Conduct preliminary due‑diligence, including market analysis, comparable sales, and financial modeling.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, wholesalers, and local investors.
• Negotiate purchase terms, contracts, and pricing to secure profitable deals.
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to present vetted opportunities and support closing processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the company CRM and report weekly pipeline metrics to management.
• Stay up‑to‑date on Los Angeles market trends, zoning regulations, and investment strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real‑estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or investment analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate cash‑flow, ROI, and risk.
